Tennyson is a chartered banker and financial professional of over 30 years standing in a career that cut across commercial banking, investment banking, microfinance banking, telecommunications, and hospitality management.
He was the pioneer Managing Director of Equator Microfinance Bank, an initiative he helped to birth. He took the mfb from a relatively unknown entrant to the point where it became the most preferred microfinance bank in Bayelsa State.

He started his professional career in England after qualifying as a Banker and on return to Nigeria, joined Allstates Trust Bank Plc where he had a brilliant career. He was at various times branch manager, head private banking and wealth management; head, Payment and Receipts, and finally became Assistant General Manager in charge of International Treasury and Correspondence Banking.
Tennyson was at a time the Chief Operating Officer, Global Communications Network on secondment from Allstates Trust Bank to help set up and stabilize the communications company.
He is an Associate, Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and has attended many international and domestic training in banking, business management, and strategy; including the Lagos Business School and CommerzBank AG Frankfurt, Germany.
Edeh Christian Ogochukwu Managing Director.
Christian Edeh is an Accountant and Certified Microfinance Banker with over 13 years’ experience that spans commercial banking, microfinance banking, real estate, and public sector finance.

He was at various times, Head of Admin and Accounts where his responsibilities did not only cover proper record keeping and logistics management but also extended managing, optimizing, and motivating human capital for optimum performance.
Christian became the Financial Controller of the Bank and was responsible for liquidity management, treasury and fund management, and ensuring that the MFB funds were well utilized to drive profitability.
As Managing Director/CEO, Christian is bringing together all these experiences to bear to provide override strategic, business, and operational direction for the bank.
He obtained the HND in Accounting from the Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu, and is certified by the Chartered Institute of Bankers as a microfinance banker.
Christian has also attended many training both external and in-house in different aspects of microfinance banking including risk management, selling skills, and marketing.
Emmanuel Osa Agwoje B.Sc., M.Sc (Econs).
Emmanuel Agwoje is an astute banker, journalist, real estate investor, and entrepreneur.
His career in banking spans over three decades in addition to a brief period in financial journalism. He rose through the rank to become an Executive Director, in Allstates Trust Bank, a second generation bank in Nigeria. In the course of his career, He undertook assignments and participated in projects requiring the application of professional skills and competencies. He has led teams in mergers and acquisitions, supervised structured projects, and facilitated multilateral funding of projects in critical sectors of the economy.
In 1999, Agwoje served in the committee assembled by the then Minister of Science and Technology to develop the framework for the Nigerian Satellite Project. Prior to this period, in 1996, He served in the Committee jointly set up by the Rivers and Bayelsa States Governments on Privatization of government institutions.
In the past 15 years, Agwoje has been in private business and within this period, he has founded enterprising businesses and sits on the board of many. His businesses cut across sectors including investment banking, asset management, real estate investment, and securities trading.
Agwoje is the founder of Equator Microfinance Bank, a leading state MFB in Bayelsa State, Nigeria, ECL Energy Ltd., an integrated oil trading and servicing company, and Dolphin Trading, a property trading company.
Agwoje holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Port Harcourt and an M.Sc Economics, University of Benin. He has attended many courses domestically and internationally, including the Senior Management Programme and the Owner Manager Programme of the Lagos Business School.
Emmanuel Mok B.Sc (Civil Engineering).
Mok is a Civil Engineer, a seasoned Building Project Manager, Developer, and Real Estate Consultant with over twenty years’ experience in the Nigerian real estate sector.
His professional career cut across the real estate construction value chain, including property development, management, and rental services.

He is the Chief Executive Officer of MOK Group of Companies, a wholly owned Nigerian company with interest in real estate, construction, investment consulting, cleaning, environmental management, and construction accessories manufacturing.
Emmanuel Mok is vast in public affairs and his regular contribution to national issues has helped in shaping public policy in Nigeria. He possesses a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Benin and has attended multiple training courses in management and real estate investment.
Isaac D’Laye Esule – Director.
Isaac D’Laye Esule is an astute businessman and transporter. He has set up many businesses and sit on the board of many companies in different sectors of the economy.
He is the founder of King Koko Express, a commercial transport company that cover southern routes, Abuja and some Northern states. His other companies are involved in the sale and supply of stationeries, amongst others.
Before going into business, Isaac D’Laye had a career in retail trade Sears Super Store, Minneapolis, USA. He graduated from the University of Minneapolis, USA with a degree in Microbiology.
